Our first ever OFR scheme comes to fruition
Back in 2016, Simon Lay and Sam Liptrott founded what is now OFR Consultants. One of the first projects the pair took on was supporting the delivery of a £500m regeneration programme at Tottenham Hale. Now, as the first phase comes to completion, Sam tells us more about the creation of the scheme.

When we founded OFR six years ago, Simon and I committed to developing a business that would grow through long and purposeful relationships with clients. Fast forward to today and although we’ve nurtured our team to more than 100 people, working in seven offices across the UK on a portfolio of international work, our initial vision and principles remain the same.
Our commitment to longevity means we see developments grow from conception to completion, working with developers, architects and other clients throughout the lifecycle of a scheme.
This week, we reached that milestone at Related Argent’s regeneration of Tottenham Hale in London. The scheme was our first ever OFR project, and since 2016 we have worked through from start to finish as we went through to the end with the contractor Galliford Try on the creation of two mixed-use residential buildings; the first residents will now move into the structures taking it from construction site to a fully operational community.
Looking to the future and we’re still involved; the ambitious masterplan for the area comprises several more buildings on the site which are going through the build process – and we can’t wait to be a part of them.
