OFR Recognised as ‘World Class’ Company to Work For, Achieving 3-Star Accreditation

We’re delighted to announce that OFR Consultants has been awarded a 3-star accreditation from Best Companies – officially recognising us as a ‘World Class’ organisation to work for.

This marks a significant milestone in our journey, building on our previous 2-star rating and is a clear indication of the positive culture that we work hard to foster across all our offices. It recognises the dedication, collaboration and passion of our team, and reflects the actions we’ve taken year-on-year to make OFR an even better place to work.

Lucy Kirkup, HR Director, shares her thoughts on the achievement:

This is obviously an important achievement for us all at OFR, having improved on our engagement score year on year and now sitting within that 3-star World Class bracket.  It’s testament to the work behind the scenes, which is driven by the Best Companies results each year, that we’ve seen these improvements.  We will continue to take all the valuable feedback from the survey and turn those insights into meaningful actions to further enhance our staff engagement.
