Project
OFR is working as part of the team on Google’s new landmark London campus at Kings Cross.
This exciting project will be the very first building that the internet giant will own outside of the US and will form part of the area’s Knowledge Quarter and King’s Cross’s expanding knowledge-based economy.
As a purpose-built 11-storey building, it is being constructed from the ground up and will comprise more than 1 million square feet, of which Google will occupy 650,000 sq. ft.

"We’re thrilled to be working on this project which is already affectionately known as the “landscraper” thanks to its incredible horizontal skyscraper design positioned next to Kings Cross Station. Upon completion the whole Google campus will have the amazing potential to house 7000 Google employees, making it one of London and the UK’s most impressive current commercial projects."
