Project
Eastwick and Sweetwater
OFR Consultants worked alongside client Balfour Beatty to provide fire engineering services as part of the first phase of this huge development at the Queen Elizabeth Park in London — where the developer aims to create one of the most sustainable large-scale communities in the UK.
Our initial work covered an area of 302 new homes, with a key focus on the development of the open-plan and duplex flat arrangements. Engineered solutions were employed to attain the architectural aspirations whilst ensuring an appropriate level of safety was achieved.

"The Eastwick and Sweetwater development has high sustainability ambitions, raising the bar for development in the UK. OFR is proud to be working with the Eastwick and Sweetwater design team to ensure these aspirations are met during Phase 1 of the scheme."
