We’ve moved into offices across the South – supporting our team growth

OFR Consultants has made changes in its regional offices to accommodate growth in the south of the country.

Last week, our 34-strong team in London relocated to a bigger office suite in anticipation of new colleagues joining the business. The new office is in the London district of Clerkenwell, famed for its ability to attract professionals from the architecture and design sectors – key clients of OFR.

Our practice director in London, Karen Hugh, explained: “We’ve moved our London office a few times since our inception in 2016, each move spurred on by growth in our workforce and our South East client base.

“We’ve chosen a great location, set amongst the thriving design community and in amongst those with whom we already collaborate. I and my colleagues are very excited for this new chapter in our OFR London story.”

Colleagues in the South West have also moved into new workspace, taking a new space at the iconic, Grade II Listed Generator Building in the centre of Bristol.

The new workspace offers views across the harbour thanks to its location in the Waterfront Quarter. Alex Farrelly-Waters of OFR added: “This is a fantastic and prominent base for our Bristol team, a cohort of brilliant and enthusiastic individuals delivering great work across the South West and beyond.

“We’re delighted with this new space – somewhere that will act as a springboard for our planned growth.”

The news comes just weeks after OFR colleagues in Bicester relocated to Banbury in Oxford, a move again prompted by practice growth. OFR now boasts eight offices across the UK, with a total workforce of 133 colleagues, as HR director Lucy Kirkup concluded: “We work hard to nurture a company culture in which everyone can thrive, and it is imperative that our physical workspaces reflect our values, with brilliantly designed, easy-to-access offices in which our people feel comfortable and happy.

“Investing in these new workspaces is a natural step for us as we grow our team.”
