Helping our graduates springboard their careers

We’re nothing without our people.

Our fast-growing team of engineers are at the top of their game, and it’s my job to help us maintain a brilliant working environment in which everyone can thrive.

We have a longstanding commitment to investing in our colleagues. Our latest offering is the Springboard Programme which has been developed to help graduates who have recently joined our team.

It’s a programme to support and nurture those colleagues in the early stages of their career – mainly budding fire engineers, but also colleagues in other areas of our business. 

Each of them has been invited to take part on the four-month long developmental programme with a fun packed schedule alongside their working day. There will be virtual interactive workshop sessions, together with self-led activities to embed learning. 

At the end of their course, they will join an in-person workshop before ‘graduating’ – with the skills, knowledge and confidence for a great foundation to their career development.
